All dogs coming to training must have the same vaccinations required by all dogs coming to ADOGO Pet Hotel (Bordetella, Distemper and Rabies, as well as a negative Fecal exam that must be verified through your vet ).

Training class dates and times may be subject to change (a minimum of 3 participants must be signed up per class). There are no make-up classes or refunds once classes begin or for missed classes. Handlers must be 13 years of age and older.
Private Training: Our private training sessions provide a personal training experience developed to meet your dog's specific needs. Private training is ideal for clients who wish to achieve quicker results, have schedule conflicts or have a dog that is not suited for group classes.
While most any behavior problem can be solved in private training, common sessions include: leash reactivity, pulling on the leash, excessive barking, food agression or resource guarding, bolting or not coming when called, jumping and excitability and speration anxiety.
Cost $65 / per hour
Puppy Class: For puppies 8 weeks to 6 months. This is the "kindergarten" of dog training. In this class handlers and dogs will start to form a bond and working relationship. Puppies will learn basic behaviors such as sit, down, stay, come, and even some heeling work. This class will also focus on confidence building exercises, socialization (both human and dog), handling (having their feet touched, mouths opened, etc.), and can help with basic puppy issues as well (house training, chewing, etc.).

Cost $110 / 6 sessions
Dog Training Level 1: Beginner Obedience - for dogs 6 months and up. In this class handlers and dogs will learn to work as a team and bridge the natural communication gap and strengthen their relationships. Teams will work on basic behaviors such as heeling, sit, down, stand, come, and stay. The class will also work on confidence building games and socializing.

Dog Training Level 2 (plus leash walking): Intermediate Obedience - for dogs of any age. This class will build on the skills started in Level 1, and start to put them to more "practical" every day uses. This class will work on proofing our stays, recalls and heeling by adding distractions that you will encounter in every day life. This class will help owners learn how to work with their dogs when they take them for walks, or when someone knocks on the door, or when you have company over, and more! This class is a must-take for every dog and owner.

Kids & Dogs School Camps
Dogs and their kids will spend the day learning basic training and tricks in addition to playing fun games and activities. Dogs will get a naptime when kids do fun crafts and games. Kids should bring a bag lunch, SPF and treats for their dog. This camp is suitable for kids 9 years of age and older and able to manage their dogs on leash. Dogs must have proof of the following vaccinations: Rabies, Distemper, Bordetella and a Negative Fecal.

Melissa LaMere-Dragovich - ADOGO Trainer
Melissa has been training dogs for over 20 years. She has competed in most dog sports, but is most active in competitive obedience, agility, disc, dock diving, and protection work (IPO and French Ring). She also does some herding and nosework with her dogs. Melissa has competed at many national level events from obedience to disc to dock dogs and even agility. Melissa is a licensed obedience judge and is heavily involved in dog rescue; she is the president and founder of Border Collie Rescue of Minnesota. Melissa and her husband, Paul, have a small hobby farm in the west central part of the state. They are owned by their many dogs (shelties, border collies, Belgian malinois, and a lab), plus their livestock (sheep, mini donkeys, and chickens).
