  3. Do you provide outdoor play areas?

Yes. Our facility features five indoor and two outdoor play areas for dogs of all sizes and personalities. Even puppies! It's loaded with space for your dog to run and play, natural elements to explore, and toys to suit all personalities! Each outdoor area has a fountain for the dogs. Our outdoor turf is by K9 Grass which is the best in the industry.

Our indoor play area is divided into multiple areas. Dogs are organized based on their size and temperment.

  4. Do you accept puppies?

Of course! Who could say no to a puppy? ADOGO welcomes all dogs of at least 12 weeks of age that have their Bordetella and Distemper vaccinations and have had a negative fecal exam within the past 12 months.

  5. What is the acclimation process?

We have an easy application and acclimation process with acclimation rooms for each daycare area. This ensures the safety of your dog, and that of each guest. Our staff is trained to asses dog behavior and slowly acclimate them into daycare so they can accurately evaluate a dog's ability to adapt to and enjoy our environment.

  6. My dog goes to another daycare; do they still need the acclimation process?

Yes. We like every dog to go through the same acclimation process so that we have our own record of every dog that comes into our care. Our staff wants to know as much as possible about every dog so that we can care for the dogs as best we can.

  7. What if my dog doesn't play well with others?

All dogs are acclimated beforehand to make sure they can interact safely with others. Our trainers and staff do their best to make your dog feel comfortable, happy, and safe.

Once you explain your dog's medication needs we will decide if we can administer the medication to your dog.
